LOVE YOURSELF RETREAT AGREEMENT

FOCUS OF THE RETREAT, TEACHINGS AND CLASSES

The retreat has been designed and curated to introduce you to new ways of being, expand your possibilities for how you can show up in the world and for you to meet yourself in new ways.

The retreat is focused on the following themes:

RELATIONSHIP WITH SELF - We explore themes around identity, discovering your unique soul blueprint, how to be at ease with yourself and become your own best friend, creating new habits, how to elevate your frequency, how to deal with self-abandon and come into a state of wholeness

RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHERS - We look at who you’re exchanging energy with, how to transform your connections with others by learning how to communicate powerfully, identify your unconscious relating patterns, and deepen trust and intimacy in *all* of your relationships

RELATIONSHIP WITH SPIRIT - How to cultivate trust in Spirit, how to stop creating from force and align ourselves with our Sacred mission and purpose, calling in a partner how do we get out of our own way so that we can BE the fullest, most Divine expression of who we are, learn practices to strengthen your connection with the higher guidance of your inner wisdom

Susan Mathew is a Spiritual Guide, Life Coach, Energy Worker and Facilitator of Transformational Experiences

INVESTMENT INCLUDES

- 3 nights accommodation in a private villa

VENUE

Private villa in the Rivera Maya region of Mexico

The specific venue may change depending on the total number of participants, and it will either be the same as displayed on the website, or another of a similar standard.

Early check-ins are subject to hotel availability

WEATHER

Weather patterns in Tulum are not consistent each year and are outside of our control. For this reason, no refund will be provided due to weather conditions as the retreat will still go ahead.

Naturally occurring seaweed (sargazo) may also be present during the time of the retreat (however it is normally present during the summer months)

Please note that both rain and hurricanes are possible during the time of the retreat. We will do our best to co-ordinate activities with the weather and make any changes necessary to ensure minimum disruption to our planned events and activities.

OTHER TERMS OF AGREEMENT

By participating in the retreat, you agree to abide by these guidelines. These terms and conditions aim to create a safe and supportive space for all participants.

1. Registration and Payment: a. Registration for the retreat is confirmed only upon receipt of deposit, and all payments must be received in full prior to the commencement of the retreat. b. Payments are non-refundable, except in extraordinary circumstances, subject to the organizer's discretion.

2. Confidentiality and Privacy: a. Participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of all retreat discussions and personal sharing. b. Sharing personal experiences or stories from the retreat outside the group is strictly prohibited unless explicit permission is given by the person involved.

3. Commitment to Group Energy Dynamics: a. Participants are expected to approach the retreat with an open mind, heart, and a commitment to personal growth and self-reflection. b. Respectful and compassionate communication is essential. Participants should strive to express their thoughts and feelings in a non-judgmental and empathetic manner. c. Active listening is encouraged. Participants should attentively listen to others without interrupting or dismissing their experiences. d. Each participant is responsible for their energy and emotional well-being. Engaging in self-care practices and seeking support when needed is encouraged. e. Personal boundaries should be respected at all times. f. Participants should refrain from engaging in behaviors that disrupt the energy of the group, including but not limited to gossip, negativity, or imposing personal beliefs onto others. g. Participants are encouraged to contribute positively to group activities, discussions, and exercises, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.

4. Organizational Discretion: a. The retreat organizer reserves the right to make changes to the retreat schedule, including facilitators, speakers, or venues, as necessary. b. The organizer reserves the right to remove a participant from the retreat, without refund, if their behavior is deemed harmful, disruptive, or non-compliant with the guidelines.

5. Health and Safety: a. Participants should inform the retreat organizer of any physical or mental health conditions that may affect their ability to fully engage in the retreat activities. This information will be kept confidential. b. Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the retreat. The organizer will not be liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during the retreat.

6. Limitation of Liability: a. The retreat organizer and facilitators will not be held responsible for any personal losses, injuries, damages, or expenses incurred during or as a result of the retreat. b. Participants are advised to obtain their own travel insurance, including health and cancellation coverage, as the organizer is not responsible for any travel-related incidents.

By participating in the retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
