For 15+ years, I've dedicated and immersed myself in the healing and transformation space. In 2010, I trained at The Coaching Institute in Australia, known as one of the most extensive coach training institutes in the world. Yet what truly shapes an exceptional coach isn’t just a certification - it’s a LIFETIME devotion to mastering the craft.
Over the years, I’ve invested tens of thousands of dollars and thousands of hours into deep study and embodiment of human behavior, spirituality, energy, and healing - just to name a few. This isn’t just what I do; it’s who I am.

Let me share a bit of my own story...
At 36, I followed a sudden call to pack up my life, leaving behind my successful corporate career and 11 year relationship in Australia, and begin a new life in the slower paced - yet dynamic Latin vibes of the Mexican Caribbean.
It all started with a serendipitous, crystal clear vision of my “future self” while I was dancing around the house one day.
I whipped out my journal, and like a mad scientist, scripted out this vision in detail.
It brought tears to my eyes.
In a sliding door moment, I knew by the strong intuitive pull I felt that this was not a random daydream - I had to find this place - without knowing even what continent it was in (or a word of Spanish).
Little did I know that 3 months later, those exact visions (plus many more) that I had scripted in my journal would materialize into reality - down to the detail - again and again.
That experience shaped the foundation of my work - guiding others to uncover the truth of who they’re here to be and what’s calling them next.
